As the year winds down our thoughts turn to reflecting on the past year. I have been honoured to serve our community throughout the year and I greatly appreciate the opportunity to continue to work for our community in 2010.

What has been clear to me in the recent weeks is how united our community in Luton South is. I attended Christmas and Chanukah celebrations where people from all different backgrounds came together to join their fellow Lutonians in commemorating their holidays.

We have a great deal to be proud of about our town and may I take this opportunity to wish everyone in our community a very Merry Christmas.
