David Chapman is Councillor for Round Green Ward, having been elected in the May 2019 Local Elections.

This is the second time David has been elected to Luton Council.

As a fifth generation Lutonian, David hopes to represent the people of Luton and in particular Round Green, to the best of his ability.

Together with all the other Liberal councillors, David hopes to work towards our plan for a Cleaner, Greener and Safer Luton.
